As part of our development journey for our Pate de Fruits we submitted our Bergamot, Ruby Grapefruit and Rhubarb jellies into the confectionary category of the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

We were very excited to receive gold medals for all three entries, with Rhubarb taking the top score of 92.33
