Handmade in small batches on our Australian farm, these French-style pâte de fruit are a premium alternative to ordinary fruit jellies or mass-produced fruit pastilles. We craft each batch using real seasonal fruit, pure cane sugar and our own farm-grown saffron, creating jellies with exceptionally bright, authentic flavour.
Unlike commercial fruit jellies or pastilles that rely on apple purée, additives or artificial flavours, our pâte de fruit contain no filler fruit, no concentrates, and no shortcuts. Each flavour is made only from the fruit on the label — nothing more.
We partner with specialist growers such as Mountain Yuzu for our bergamots, and grow much of our own produce on-farm, including rhubarb and saffron. Every piece is cooked slowly, cut by hand and dusted lightly in sugar to highlight the fruit’s natural vibrance.
