Cooking with saffron

Saffron is an amazing spice, it can be used in both savoury and sweet and should be a stable in your kitchen, like salt. It also has numerous health benefits.

The crispy potato recipe isn't currently published, but basically:

  • Dice some potatos and par cook
  • Into a pan with your favourite fat
  • Add 10 drops of Saffron Extract, salt, pepper and parsley if you can be bother 
  • Enjoy!

Making Delicious Olives

You don't need to know what variety of olives you are growing, as all olives can be made into eating olive, but some will have more flesh, some will have less, some till take longer etc.
Below is a chart showing the most common varieties, you need to be looking at both leaf shape and fruit shape to get a good id.
